Lifestream.fm is an online media and social aggregator that will help you and your friends stay informed of your online activity.

Lots and lots of services are supported at Lifestream.fm. All these services that you use are all mashed up into one realtime stream. You can also have your Lifestream.fm account on your desktop via the Adobe Air app.
This is somewhat similar to Friendfeed, but Lifestream.fm is already “realtime-updating” by default.
