Scrapblog.com is free online service that lets you combine your photos, videos, audio, and text, to create multimedia scrapbooks.

You use the site’s Scrapblog Builder to create as many scrapbooks as you want. Currently, you can import photos from your computer, or from Flickr, Webshots, Photobucket, and Facebook. Video clips can be added via YouTube.
